[cisco-voip] Prognosis

If anyone uses the Prognosis monitoring software on their CallManager 
4.x installation, I would be grateful to hear a brief review from you 
about the value of the software, your dealings with the company, and 
whatever else you might like to add.  Nothing big, I'd just like to 
collect a handful (or more) of short statements good/bad from fellow 
Cisco voip users to help us as we begin to evaluate.
