[cisco-voip] PLAR + VG248

[Paul Choi]

I have a analog phone connected to a VG248 and when it
picks up, it's a PLAR line but I don't see any
configuration for PLAR on the VG itself! W-T-H is
going on here? Am I missing something or are there
phones that can be hard coded to dial certain numbers?
