[cisco-voip] How to configure CME to forward incoming calls from PRI to CUE

Anyone know how to configure CME to forward all incoming calls from PSTN
(PRI) to the main CUE pilot number?  We would like to have all callers
forwarded to a single greeting in CUE, and then given the option to dial the
5 digit extension of the called party or listen to the directory.
Looking at dial-plan pattern statements, but unclear on how to make this
work for incoming calls.
