[cisco-voip] ISDN Incoming Calls Rejected

This looks like it was an issue where after x amount of calls to a certain
SIP proxy it would fail... That SIP proxy wasn't sending a BYE so it was
eating up DSP resources to send RTP... Not sure what caused the proxy to do
this, but we've got it fixed...
