[cisco-voip] MLA messed up after upgrade

You can manually add users to the various MLA Groups from within the AD 
users & computers snap-in to MMC (if you have domain admin permissions 
on your network).

If you find yourself locked out callmanager you can disable MLA by 
changing the value in the database directly on the publisher (this may 
or may not be a TAC supported technique).  Off the top of my head, I 
believe the table is "MLAParameters" in the CCM00XX database.  The field 
should be "MLAenabled" or something to that extent.
