[cisco-voip] CUE: Access to personal mailbox from outside

When calling internally does the call go to the voice mail box of the
extension if not answered? Also, do a  'debug voip dialpeer all' and
maybe "debug voip ccapi inout" to see when you dial the Voice mail pilot
number and then enter the extension of the user what does the digit
transform to.

I think the reason you are getting the message "There is no mailbox for
this extension, please wait while I transfer you to the operator" is
because the number you entered is getting translated to something else
and there is no mailbox for that number. Also, once you find what number
is it getting converted to you can either add that to E164 field or you
can created a voice translation.

Did you try dialing the extension of the user you were
trying to reach and then press * to escape into
sign-in mode?
