[cisco-voip] Cisco TAPI SP for windows: absent from modem advanced options

What is the most common reason if:
you run the ciscoTSP.exe on winXPSP2 PC with no problems.
And after the installation completes... there is no ciscotsp on the 
advanced tap on phone and modem options.
I have not yet installed the wave drivers but i have tried 3 times to 
install the cisco TSP, rebooted the laptop but nothing... 
ciscotsp001.tsp is not there!!!
