Some don't; we can't send 800 calls over our ATT circuits (they reject 
them), so in the router we have specific route patterns for 800, 866, 
877 and 888 and set the trunkgroup to Local and FXO so that it doesn't 
match the more generic 10 or 11D dial pattern.
