You should be able to get this from a local cabling vendor.

Keep in mind the impedance differences between coax and cat 5/6.

Subject: [cisco-voip] E1 unbalanced cable for MFT interface?

Telco delivered a E1, has two BNC male cables.

I need a BNC Female to RJ-48 cable for my VWIC2-MFT-T1/E1, Cisco doesn't
make this, anyone have a cable supplier I can order from? I'm trying not
to use barrel connectors, etc. I'm also thinking about a custom cable
assembly if I have to..not sure of pinouts...
