I've not seen pre-manufactured cables like that, the way we've converted
our G.703 terminated ISDN lines to UTP is using baluns like 

http://shrunk.net/6b4dec2d-www.blackbox.co.uk (search for G.703 balun if
the URL breaks)

They can also supply the BNC cables and the UTP side is just a UTP patch
lead. If you shop around you can probably find them a bit cheaper from
somewhere else but those will definitely do what you need.
