[cisco-voip] E1 unbalanced cable for MFT interface?

It's the wrong gender, needs to be female (that was why I noted I was
trying to avoid gender changers) and would then I would need a CAT5
cable between that part and the MFT interface. More changers/parts than
I hoped for. 

Cisco doesn't OEM what I'm looking for, thus I was hoping for a 3rd
party recommendation of a manufactured cable. There are also imbalances
between the mediums to be accounted for.

Would the MT242A-F-UK work?
