[cisco-voip] 7920 EOS

Our account manager was supposed to be talking with a product manager to
try to get ours off NPH - We've had an ever-accumulating number of
7921's on "Order" for seemingly forever - I wish I could cancel and go
with something else but at this point my best hope is to just somehow
get these freed up.

There is a survey to get the orders shipped? I have been waiting a while
to get the product shipped.

My inside sales people are saying that the 7920 is EOS, but I don't
see any announcements on cisco.com - is this the case? Are the 7921
handsets still on NPH? Will we always have to fill out the survey to
get orders released for this item?
