[cisco-voip] restricting outbound dialing from CUE AA

I have enabled CUE AA to allow transfer to external numbers. This is the only way to allow callers to transfer to an extension that is not a voicemail subscriber.
However, as you may suspect, a user can dial a dial-peer destination pattern and get off-net access very easily.
I tried applying the appropriate COR list to the incoming dial peer associated with the unity express autoattendant but this did not work. I had to apply the appropriate COR list to the incoming dial peer(s) associated with the PRIs.
I have two dial-peers, both with "incoming called-number ." (see below):
dial-peer voice 901 pots
corlist incoming uogbus-oncampus-css
translation-profile incoming kc_did_profile
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:23
!
dial-peer voice 902 pots
corlist incoming uogbus-oncampus-css
translation-profile incoming kc_did_profile
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:23
Have I covered my bases? I don't have to put this COR on all my outbound dialpeers for these PRIs do I?
I know the best thing would be to write an AA that only accepts numbers that begin with our extension range and/or are only X digits long, but I wanted to make sure I covered all my bases.
