[cisco-voip] Quality Issues with Qsig/MGCP gateway on 5.1

Since upgrading to CM 5.1 we have been experiencing a few issues with
the quality of calls across our Qsig gateway. Our current set up is Call
Manager 5.1.1b with a 2811 MGCP QSIG gateway connected to an Ericsson
MD110 PBX.

The 2811 is running c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-4.T3 and has 1 x E1 card
and 2 x PVDM2-16 dsp's

We have 26 branch offices with IP phones but over half of the staff at
out HQ are still using Ericsson phones, the issues have started
occurring between calls on the Ericsson phones and our Branch offices
and users are experiencing poor quality calls with interference and
echo.

We never had these issues running on 4.1(3) with the same gateway.

It's not happening all the time but enough for users to raise the issue.

Has anyone come across any similar issues with 5.1 and Qsig gateways or
does anyone know if there any bugs relating to this, or if anyone could
point me in th e direction of troubleshooting this I would be most
grateful.

Regards

Nick
