By restart CCM I meant the Cisco CallManager service.  No need to  
reboot the box.
You can do this via Control Center or via Windows services.msc.

OK, just trying to get a handle on "reset" vs. "restart".  Are we
talking about just the pub and going into Control Center and hitting
Restart on the web page, or rebooting the box, or is it more involved
then that?
