[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0 Messaging Failover

We are aware of the UMR limitations while Exchange is down. We are currently
trying to figure out what we can and cannot let our users do without during
this move. So far UMR is acceptable.
Your expierence in setting this up has me concerned that we may run into
these same issues. Thanks for letting me know your troubles with Remote
failover. As for long term failover, we have no need for it. This is simply
an idea to limit downtime for the move.
