I'm guessing you're using Multicast.
I would think if you used Unicast MOH then it should start at the
beginning.

Good morning everyone
we have a CM 4.2(3) and set up the queue for our Attendant console user.
So if
all lines are busy, the next caller comes to the queue, where an
announcement
from MOH is played.
Now the only problem is, the announcement does not start from the
beginning for
the second, third,... caller in the queue.
Is there a way to start the announcment from the beginning for every
caller?
