Hi Everyone,
I have a question about setting alternate holiday schedules under Unity
4.0(4). Here's my problem: all our departments using call handlers but
one are on the same daily/weekly schedule (Mon-Fri, 8-5) throughout the
year so I setup the yearly holiday schedule for everybody and the Unity
call handlers work as expected. Our public library is rarely in sync
with other departments for holidays. When all others are closed on
Saturday for a Thur/Fri holiday like Thanksgiving, the library is open
9-6. I've recently been asked to setup daytime and after hours call
handlers for the library and I can't figure out a way to mesh their
funky holiday schedule without having to do each one manually - YUCK!
So, has anybody figured out a way to handle this type of scenario? Any
suggestions would be welcome!
