[cisco-voip] scan bar reader

I would recommend the WASP barcode scanner or any of
the barcode scanners from Symbol Technologies. I found
that the WASP was easier to use as it would
automatically enter a carriage return after each scan
while the Symbol model I used made me press <CR>
everytime. To each their own...
