Hi Gary,

We use IP Celerate's product IPsession and have had great results. One
of the nice features is the notification of 911 calls through an email
and message of the phone. I would recommend that you contact Valarie
Corniello at vcorniello at ipcelerate.com She can assist you with your
needs.

Have a great day!

Rob

I've deployed both InformaCast and SA-Announce from Syn-Apps. Both work
well but the users generally prefer SA-Announce because it's activated
with a DN (not an IP service).

We use Berbee's InformaCast and would rate it an A. I have not
been asked to do anything it can't do.

We have emergency buttons for the receptionist up front. We can
page by site or every phone in the cluster. We have also been able to
tie it in with our old legacy PBX. We have a School District hanging
off our cluster that is also using the IP speakers and bell scheduler
with out issue.

I know IPCelerate and Citrix both have paging systems also.

Can anyone recommend a paging solution for CCM 4.2? I'm looking
for zone paging, specific phone paging, overhead paging, etc. I'm aware
of the solution from Berbee called Informacast, but wanted to know if
there were also others people here may recommend? Does anyone have any
experience with Informacast, and can you provide a brief synopsis on
your experience with the product and its installation and configuration?
Any caveats I need to be aware of?

	Gary
