[cisco-voip] Troubleshooting Unity TRAP

Occasionally, when trying to listen to a voicemail from Outlook (where 
phone is the playback device), I'll get a "Unknown problems are 
preventing completion of this call".  Not a terribly informative message.

What sorts of traces on the Unity side can I crank up to get to the 
bottom of this?  Access to VM by pressing "Messages" works ok.
