[cisco-voip] Time of Day routing and MWI

At a particular site they wanted to have the main number go to voicemail 
at 5PM without anyone needing to do anything (there's no receptionist, 
so they didn't want everyone to assume that someone else had done it).

In CallManager (4.1.3sr2) I setup the main number in a site-specific 
Phone PT and then also in a site-specific TODPhonePT.

It works fine; at 5PM, the TOD PT comes into play and it automatically 
goes to VM (CFA to VM on that DN).

However, users say that when they come into the office they don't get 
MWI/voicemail icon showing that there was a message left after hours.

Is this because Unity is lighting the MWI for the TOD version of the 
extension, and once the TOD PT expires the MWI isn't "sticky" to the 
business-hours version of the DN?
