[cisco-voip] IPCC 4.04SR1... Supervisors not showing up...

So, I have an IPCC 4.04SR1, and the supervisors (selected and tasked in User
Management) are not showing up as selectable in the team configuration (just
the single default team)...

They are also not showing up in Desktop Administrator...

What am I missing?
