[cisco-voip] IE 7 and Cisco Agent Desktop...

We had 4.04 and couldn't install CAD on machines with IE7.  We upgraded
to 4.05 (yes it is a CD upgrade not a simple patch) and everything
appears to be working correctly.

Okay, well for those of us who have 4.0(4) and don't feel like
re-running the upgrade (again)... are we just hosed?

 

I mean, it isn't a problem if we are, I am getting very used to it.

So, any word yet from Cisco when they are patching CAD/CSD? Just curious
'cuz I have a couple of customers who think IE7 doesn't suck and want to
deploy it, I told em sure, but not in their call center...

 

So, Cisco, when?
