[cisco-voip] Another DST Question

So I read the following on the CCM DST update page.  Does anyone know
anything else?  What kind of problems is this going to cause?

JRE Patch:

Cisco Systems, Inc. has not yet produced a released version of code that
resolves this issue. Unfortunately the manual workaround has undesired
effects and is not recommended either. A solution is actively being
worked, but ETA is not yet known. This patch will fix CAR and any other
component that uses java on the CallManager node.

If one or more of these software patches, (CallManager Database Table
Update, Windows 2000 Patch, Phone Loads) are present on the CallManager
system, it is recommended to install the remaining ones. This will
produce a more complete Daylight Saving Time experience.
