way to block call forward to longdistance numbersuse the forwarding search space.

remember, however, that the forwarding search space is exclusive, not additive like the line's calling search space, i.e. line+device.

is there a way to prevent my phone user from callforwarding their phone to longdistance numbers. there CSS allow them to dial long distance. but we only want to be able to call forward to 4 digits and local numbers
