[cisco-voip] Call Setup Failure on Gateway

I'd start by getting a quick netmon capture from the CM to make sure
that A) it's getting the TCP Syn from the gw for the H225 session and
B) that the source IP address in the TCP Syn is a device that CM
knows about.

If the VPN is doing any NAT this could cause some issues because CM
won't accept unknown H225 connections by default.

Hi,

My company moved a site over the weekend and our MPLS provider
dropped a new
circuit in our old building. So we've got a temporary VPN set up
over a DSL
ckt until our T1 gets sorted out.

The problem we're having is that all inbound calls from the PSTN are
failing. Callers hear dead air and then an error message when the
timeout
finally expires. Outbound calls are not experiencing any problems.

Debugging h225 shows that the gateway never gets a response to the setup
request from the CallManager.

Can anyone offer any ideas as to why call setup between CallManager
and the
gateway works fine on outbound calls but not inbound?

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Bryan
