[cisco-voip] Strange IPMA error message since 4.2.3 upgrade

Ever since upgrading to 4.2.3 this weekend, we get the attached error
message everytime we try and make any changes to the IPMA configuration.
Any ideas?  We were on v 4.1(2)es40 before the upgrade if that helps.
