We ran into that issue when we were getting ready to move to 8.0(4) - we 
had staged all the servers with the appropriate firmware and updated the 
Device Defaults to point to the new firmware.

We were going to perform the update after hours due to WAN performance, etc.

The instructions given to the users was "Logout of EM at the end of the 
day."

Guess what happened at 5PM?  Whoops!
