[cisco-voip] 7970 and CCM 4.1: SCCP 8.2(1) vs 8.0(4)SR3a

DevPack 39 for CCM4.1 contains SCCP70.8-2-1S, for which Release Notes are 
apparently not available, since the link to 
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_ipphon/english/ipp7970/relnotes/index.htm 
returns Page Not Available.  Should I install this or 8.0(4)SR3a as part of 
my DST weekend activity?
