[cisco-voip] Does this theory make sense?

I have a few customers that will be impacted by having to use the manual
work around that Cisco is recommending... Specifically a few CUE's that
cannot be told to ignore DST...

I changed a CUE that was in EST to AST (Atlantic Timezone) which is GMT-4...

Works great.

Then I realized that what if their DST change occurs... I could not find out
when...

The plan is to change it back to EST in April...

Now, when does AST do their DST so I am not totally hosed?
