[cisco-voip] Unity Closed message for a subscriber...

I have seen a few problems with Call Handlers greeting being enable or disabled when the should not. Specifically the normal greeting disabled (this option is grayed out and can't be disabled). DB Walker has always fixed it for me.

That has been my experience that this is pretty brainless... which is why I can't figure out why it doesn't work.

	ok, closed is enabled, right?

	this usually works pretty seemless.

did you block the schedule correctly? once i did the exact opposite, closed was open and open was closed.

I just checked and the subscriber did not have a timezone set (it was set to default) but the box is in the same timezone, so I am not sure this will fix anything... any ideas?

I have a subscriber for a cust that needs to have an after hours greeting, however, even though the schedule is set correctly and the closed message is enabled, it still plays the open message after 5pm...

					What could I be missing?
