[cisco-voip] Combined CCM DST 1.02 patch covering 4.0(2a) to 4.2(1)??

Ok, I've re-read the notices again and am not seeing a mention of a 1-0-2 patch or version 1-0-2 .exe listed in them , or on any cisco ccm download page so far. I am just curious where this one client got this patch from since I seem to be unable to find a CCN DST patch for multiple call manager versions.

Did the JRE update just come out the 10th?  I don't recall that being mentioned in the notice 1-2 days ago.

Has anyone seen an update like this or knows about this??  I am not
finding this on cisco anywhere for download and not seeing it in the CCM
DST field notices. 

I am seeing this installed on a 4.0(2a) system that is reporting time
problems....
