Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the e-mail :)

I've just joined a project that was already in motion, they have
downloaded the Unity 4.2 software from CCO and have bought a license for
n users.
 
>From what I can see the OS cannot be downloaded and I'm presuming that
this must be bought? Is this correct? Or will the PAK for the User
licenses cover this?

Thanks again for your help, you'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge
with Unity (never installed it before!!)

IPCC requires the MCS OS install and Unity has its own OS install.   
The two cannot run on the same server.

IPCCx can run co-resident with CCM in some cases however.
