[cisco-voip] 7970s not showing correct time

My guess is the 3rd gen phones needed to be hard reset AFTER the DST  
change for the new DST change to take affect.  I've got 2 such phones  
at my desk showing the wrong time on 8.2(1) but neither of them have  
been reset since Sunday 2AM.
