[cisco-voip] Outbound call routing

This is a bit of a noob question, so my apologies in advance.

I'm currently connecting a CCM4.2 cluster through an Inter-tel Axxess
4.4 PBX. So far, it appears that everything works; however, I need to
change the outgoing access code for the Cisco system to use when calling
out. On the Inter-tel system, the outgoing access code (Axxess -> PSTN)
is 9200. I can dial this from the Cisco phone and get out, but our users
will need something easier to remember (i.e. 8). If I can find a way to
have a prefix 8 on the Cisco translate into a prefix 9200 (preferably
followed by a short pause to allow the PBX to grab an outside line),
it'd be a lot easier for everyone involved.

I've played with outgoing route patterns and translation patterns, but
can't seem to get anything to work (every attempt results in a rejection
message saying the number is invalid). Can someone please point me in
the right direction as to how I can get this working?

Thanks in advance,

-James
