[cisco-voip] Lost CRA Admin Password

In the past (CRS3.x) I used to modify the appadmin.properties file and
login as Administrator/ciscocisco: 
(capital A for Administrator)

In the c:\program files\wfavvid\appadmin.properties just change false to
true and restart the engine  

com.cisco.wf.admin.installed=true

I am working on a system where no one knows which accounts have access
to the CRA Administrator. Is there any way to tell from DC Directory
which accounts have permissions? If not how would one go about fixing
this?
