If the patches were done in that order you need to re-apply the CM  
DST patch because the Dev Pack installer overwrote the changes the CM  
DST patch made.

The difference here is that your other phones are 3rd gen phones that  
do their own DST calculations.  The 7905 takes whatever time CM gives  
it, just like a 7940 or 7960.
