you can use AXL SOAP to build scrips for callmanager. We use this interface to keep our user names up to date. Check the Cisco Pages fo more Information on AXL Soap.

  I was wondering. Anyone familar with any program that you can use to write directly to Callmanagers Sql Database. The goal being to automate entering information into Callmanager(users, Route-Patterns, etc) in Bulk. To eliminate the human element.
