Thanks to the advice above, I've determined that the 8.@ is actually
being rejected in CCM for some reason. I created an 8.XXXXXXX route
pattern that discards pre-dot and prepends 9200, but once the interdigit
timer expires, the call just dies (the phone displays the modified dial
string, 'Ring out' in the message area, and I get nothing over the
speaker). Debugs don't appear to help, as it's evidently passed the call
to the PBX. I can dial the same number on a handset connected to the PBX
and it works just fine. If I dial the modified string on the Cisco
system, it too works fine (I get a very short bit of dial tone after the
'9200' and before I hit the first digit of the number.
It almost seems like it's an issue with sending the entire number at
once; if I can send the digits one at a time with a very short delay
between them, that may correct the problem. Is there a service parameter
or something I can set to do this for all OffNet calls?
