[cisco-voip] UCCx 4.0(4)SR01 and CCM 4.1(3)sr4b co-resident , TAPS issue

Usually you get errors from CRS when it can't contact LDAP... check the
DCDirectory password...
Alternatively, the CRS may be in partial service...
