As long as you're happy with their limitations they work fine and we've
quite a large number of them. One other limitation is that they only
support 16 items in the RingList.xml, the 17th item onwards won't be
listed on the phone.
They do actually support "dumb" power over ethernet from devices such as
the 3Com single port midspans and we've a couple set up this way in
places where there are only 1 or 2 phones fed from a comms cabinet.
