Hi Dane,

Sounds like you are getting a timeout when waiting for user input for a
menu step or switch step, run the reactive debugger and find out what
step is causing this, this might give you a better indication of what is
going wrong.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCCX Error "Are you there?"

I upgraded my two IPCCX servers from 4.0(3) to 4.0(5) now when I call
I get "Are you there" instead of the appropriate greeting / prompt.

If I change the script to one of the defaults like "aa.aef" it works.
But my script does not work.

Uploaded script again to repository and refreshed everything and the
issue persists. Script validates correctly but does not work.

I am unsure what else to do at this point. TAC guy is gone for the
day so I am stuck unless I want to get the queued up with someone else
which I may do unless anyone else has any ideas tonight.
