[cisco-voip] no ringback calling from IP phone to PSTN using MGCP gateway

Hi All,

I am experiencing no ringback problem when calling from IP phone to
PSTN(FXO) on Callmanager 5.
Using version c3845-ipvoicek9-mz.124-9.T2.bin ios.

Tried... :
"Scroll down to *Disable Alerting Progress Indicator* from the Clusterwide
Parameters (Device - PRI and MGCP Gateway) section. Set this parameter to *
False* and click *Update*."

....but no luck!

FXO ports are registered with CCM5 using MGCP.

Have another gateway that do not experience this behavior. With same
configs, ios but different provider, uses same CCM 5. The line is tested
using an analog phone and it ringback tone is heard.
