CTI is enabled. I found two things in the log/MIVR logs
1) in logs/MIVR/stderr.log

Each of the users has CTI Application Useenabled on their userid's?

If not, and your configuration is fine on the CCM, its got to be a problem with the LDAP connectivity. Not sure what logs to look at, probably start with the MIVR logs c:/program files/wfavvid/logs/MIVR/

In Callmanager have you selected the ICD Ext radio box under the Device Association/Extension Mobility for each of the users that are going to be agents?

Subject: [cisco-voip] CRS 4.x no ressources or teams available

Dear all,

I have just install a stand alone CRS 4.0(4) integrated to AD and linled to a CCM 4.2.3. I cannot see any user in ressources or any available supervisors / resources / CSQ in teams (from menu Subsystems /RmCrm). Nothing in event logs or in traces. Any ideas.
RK : Jtappi trigger is ok

Vinc
