The same situation is with my IPCCX 4.0.5 which was supposed to be DST
ready!! I can see that the Start Times for the Application Tasks are OK
and the Start Times for the Engine Tasks are one hour behind!? Yet
another bug I guess, no surprises there...

Subject: [cisco-voip] After DST - CRS/IPCC Express 4.0.4 Real Time
Reporting/ Reports off one Hour
Anyone else having this issue?
After applying the OS Updates to 2000.4.2SR16 (or was it 12) and doing
the Sun Java JRE update and confirming it was applied the time in the
reporting area of CRS is off by an hour.
If you run any Real Time Reports on the bottom of the screen in a drop
down you will see:
10.0.1.250 1 Last Updated At: 3/14/07 2:00 AM
And the Actual time is 3:00 am.
If you look at the System page and look at the status of services/engine
the time is correct.
So this issue is only effecting the Reporting and we have a client that
generates reports several times a day.
I have looked at two different CRS/IPCC installs and they are having the
same problem.
Can you check your CRS/IPCC if you are running 4.0.X and see if your
reporting time is off?
Just trying to confirm this is a 'all over' issue, or something specific
to our two installs.
Thanks,
Brian
