[cisco-voip] CCME 4.1 on IOS 12.4.11XJ CFB not working

Just a little note, I'm sure you're already aware of
this, you can remove the preference statement on the
first command and then start with preference 1 on the
second ephone-dn since preference 0 is the default and
has highest precedence.
