[cisco-voip] CallerID on an MC3810

I know this box is well and truly past it's prime but I'm trying to
use one as the voice gateway in my lab. There are docs on cisco.com
that suggest that caller-id should work on this device, but I cannot
make it work! I have the  MC3810-HCM2 and the MC3810-AVM6 modules
installed. Any idea what there is no caller id support, I what I need
to change to make it work?
