[cisco-voip] CiscoMessaging Interface keeps "falling" down in CCM 5.0(4)

The service is stopping most likely because you have not configured it.

Keep in mind this service is used for SMDI connections directly to  
the CallManager server for analog voicemail integration.  If you are  
not doing this then the service should not be activated.
