[cisco-voip] IPCC 4.X Hot Standby

Has anyone configured this setup?  If so could you describe your setup?

IPCC version (and SR if applicable)
OS version
Any known problems or gotchas and what you did to fix them (if it was 
fixed)

I am working at a shop where they they have heard bad things about the 
IPCC failover setup.  This was probably about 8 months ago so I am hoping 
to hear some success stories and better stability for this setup now.
